Perfect and charming
" My husband and I stayed at villa l barronci for 4 nights and the only regret is not having stayed one more night to join the staff for the sunset run the following evening. How awesome is that.. From the time of booking, check-in (we were very early but they were more than accommodating), to the eventual check-out, everything went without a glitch. Unlike most other hotels' service staff who are professional, albeit cold, the service here is turned up one notch by the genuinely warm and helpful staff, from the front desk, waiters, to the gardener and chambermaids. Of particular mention is Gemma, who made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the stay with her recommendations and nuggets of advice and we absolutely enjoyed our conversations with her. The waitress, Bruneila, is just as lovely and rendered excellent service. I cannot remember the names of the other waiters/waitresses but all in all, they have contributed to making our experience in Tuscany a special one. Such a beautiful place with even more beautiful souls. We will be back! "
